Burnpur Panthers was founded on 15th April 2022 with a vision to create a platform where young individuals could discover their true potential, develop self-confidence, and channel their energy towards adventure, sports, physical fitness, and social responsibility.

What began as a humble initiative with a small group of passionate and determined youths has steadily grown into a respected community-driven organization dedicated to empowering the next generation through discipline, leadership, and service. From its inception, Burnpur Panthers has focused on building not only physically fit individuals but also responsible citizens capable of making meaningful contributions to society.

Over the years, the organization has achieved several significant milestones. Through continuous training, mentorship, and guidance, numerous candidates have successfully qualified in Government Recruitment Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) and have moved forward in their journey towards public service careers. The organization has also witnessed its trainees earning recognition in District, State, National, and International Level Sporting Competitions, demonstrating the effectiveness of consistent training, dedication, and perseverance.

A matter of immense pride for Burnpur Panthers is the success of its members in the field of adventure and mountaineering. Several trainees have participated in prestigious mountaineering and adventure training programmes, including courses conducted by renowned institutions such as the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI), Darjeeling, carrying forward the spirit of adventure and exploration that defines the organization.
